Looking for highly skilled programmers with experience building web applications in Java. Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties. Java Developers need to compile detailed technical documentation and user assistance material, requiring excellent written communication.

•Designing and implementing Java-based applications.

•Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.

•Defining application objectives and functionality.

•Aligning application design with business goals.

•Hands-on experience developing web applications utilizing JAVA Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services at an enterprise level

•Application development using Java, SQL and JavaScript

•Experience working with Spring Framework, Hibernate, Struts, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Transaction Management and Thread Management

•Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2

•Experience developing in JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and Ajax.

•Experience with application Servers, and Servlet Engines such as JBoss and Tomcat

•Experience with development tools such as Eclipse IDE or NetBeans

•Experience with build tools such as Ant, Maven and Gradle

•7+ years hands-on software development experience - specifically developing web applications and client/server applications       

•7+ years of JAVA programming experience

•Bachelor's in Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
