A Technical Lead owns the deliverables of a sub-team to meet business objectives. A person in this role interfaces with several stakeholders including project and delivery teams as well as specialists and technical architect to ensure alig nment of technical deliverables and architecture. They are responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes. They facilitate end-to-end technical implementatio n of the architecture as per the business requirements.

Technical experience:

Minimum 7 plus year experience in below tech stack.

Java, Spring MVC and Spring Boot expertise

API and Microservice development

Experience with Shell Scripting (KSH), W ebsphere MQ ,Sybase, JSP, Servlets.

Preferred working experience with C, C and SQL (Stored Procedure) is a added advantage.

Experience with SQR (Structured Query Reporter), Flyway, Liquibase (Open source DB tool) ,KSH Scripting, AIX, Linux (would be a bonus)

Need to have good knowledge on secure coding practices

Prior knowledge on working with GIT repository would be helpful

Should be able to provide solutions and design. Role would require interaction with client architects and discussio n.

           Knowledge of the Agile processes is needed and should have basic understanding all the Agile ceremonies

            Need to have good communication skills since he will be part of customer Pod and need to update the status on daily basis

            Understanding of insurance domain will be added advantage

            Need to be independently working with client and deliver th e assigned work independently with good quality

            Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn domain and functional aspects.

            Need to work independently with client and motivate the team to deliver sprint goals.

            Ensure the Product delivery by t he dev team is as per the agreed upon specifications
