The CDA-DaaS Technical Project Manager - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

•            Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.

•            Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project.

•            Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals.

•            Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.

•            Ensure projects meet the technical requirements for full completion.

 

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

•            6 years of related experience

•            PMP

•            Jira and Confluence

•            Agile mindset

•            Exceptional and proven written and verbal communication

•            Understanding of Azure and AWS (high level)

•            Understanding of technology terms and concepts

•            Ability to interpret complex issues with technical verbiage and terms and communicate in easily understandable terms

•            Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to work under very aggressive deadlines

•            Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage tight deadlines

•            Expert proficiency in Microsoft products

•            Strong leadership qualities

•            Ability to directly communicate with senior leaders while under pressure

•            Ability to create and analyze processes for efficiency

Desired Experiences

•            Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

•            Fannie or Freddie experience highly preferred

•            Certified Scrum Master

•            PMP
