ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Plans, manages and prioritizes testing activities for all testing phases.
* Creates a Project Test Plan, to include all phases of testing.
* Develops test cases to validate system design.
* Coordinates user testing within the corporation.
* Consults, approves and validates test plans and cases.
* Directs the daily testing activities to ensure testing objectives are met.
* Tracks and monitors the testing activity to assess progress and quality.
* Reports testing progress and results to project team and management.
* Uses the Project Management process to aid in the successful completion of a project.
* Actively participates and contributes in the process of determining the specific needs, requirements and design of all systems development and changes.
* Researches and analyzes system and business requirements.
* Makes recommendations for system design based on input gathered from operational areas.
* Evaluates testing documentation and tools to improve the testing process.
* Evaluates documentation and procedures

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 yrs testing experience
* 2 yrs. Guidewire testing experience
* Jira experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.
