1. HCM Extract, Fast Formula(FF)

2. Oracle SQL, BI Report(OBIEE/OTBIE), Different Format Template(etext/xsl/rtf)

3. HCM Data Loader(HDL), Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader(PBL)

4. Have functional HCM knowledge across different modules like HR, Benefits, Payroll...

5. Enterprise HRIS(Peoplesoft) is desired.

6. Outstanding ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
