The candidate must have proven experience designing the structural aspects of highly intuitive and well-crafted interfaces and digital experiences including websites, mobile applications, kiosks, and touchscreens.
Structural aspects include, but are not limited to navigation, taxonomy, user flows, system flows, use cases, personas, task analyses, wireframes and detailed annotations and specifications.
Understanding of how to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research into their design process and be able to articulate and defend design decisions using this research as an input and a guide.
Candidates must be able to show specific work samples and case studies that show clear, high-quality documentation articulating complex and data-driven, yet user-focused systems.
7+ years of experience
Must work well independently and have the ability to successfully lead large-scale projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams

Must be able to present well and articulate and defend design decisions with grace and logic
Must be able to mentor and lead junior members of the contractor team
