Job Description:
These skills are needed for testers so strong experience with doing testing is required to help coach and troubleshoot with the testers.
o             Hands on experience in creating OATS/RPT/HP LoadRunner Test script and enhancements Modifying existing RPT/HP LoadRunner scripts which include:
             Strong Understanding of correlation concept
             Strong Understanding of parametrization Experience working on Bulk test data generation and maintenance with RPT data pools
             Experience working with multiple protocol (HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services) in RPT /LoadRunner
             Experience working on web based and thick client application
             Experience in custom coding such as file upload scenario / or any other specific experience in past
             Solid experience in Debugging performance scripts
             Knowledge on how various Run time/execution setting works with individual script
             Identifying the cause of issue in scripting and should be able to take appropriate action if script need more time to complete or need to create a ticket with tool vender
             Understanding of best practice such as (naming convention on transition naming, comment in script etc.)
o             Having experience with both RPT and HP LoadRunner is preferred but if the experience with one of the tools is very strong then tools can be coached.  
o             Experience with JMeter is also a plus but HP LR and IBM RPT are more desired.
