Java Microservices Lead

12+ years of total IT experience with special focus on eCommerce applications
6+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot , Microservices ( Spring boot + GCP ) Kubernetes. PubSub , Rabbit MQ & Postgresql
Experience on latest concepts in Spring boot or jdk 8
Hands-on experience with Restful services
Experience with application servers such as JBoss, and WebLogic
Should have excellent client facing skills and comfortable communicating with senior IT leadership team
In-depth knowledge of various performance optimizations on client side, server side, and database
Ability to work with business users, product managers, QA, Release, UI and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Should actively participate in communication with business stakeholders and also participate in all SDLC lifecycles.
Provide subject-matter expertise on e-commerce to ensure successful delivery and operations.
Should be capable of reviewing the work done by team members and guide them in complex issues.
