Field Operations Product and Services Integration: supports the definition and strategic leadership of enterprise-wide tools and technologies that focus around the Field Operations technicians and mobile applications. The position must effectively interface with field stakeholders, enterprise technology groups, boundary partners, and vendors. The ability to work in a collaborative manner, understand the impact of technology on field operations, and communicate across multiple operational and technical groups will be critical to the success of the initiatives managed by this position.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads Field Operations Product and Services Integration: efforts from a business perspective by facilitating the definition of business solutions, business capabilities, and aligning long range road maps across a large number of tools and technologies.
  • Partners with Vendors, Technology, Human Resources and Field Service leaders for change management programs (e.g. training) and ensuring optimal usage of mission critical technologies
  • Provides high level consultation and leadership to Field Operations, boundary partners, and technology implementation teams
  • Partners with Change Integration and Tech Ops to support and maintain proper communications of upcoming changes, standards, support items, and deployments
  • Works with the Field Operations Center leadership, CEI Fleet, and Atlanta People Services to determine the optimal usage for Workforce Management & Quality Control platforms
  • Utilizes the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system to provide transparency for active projects
  • Develops and executes management plans for time, cost, scope, quality, and communications
  • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities Develops methods to measure project success in alignment with Field Services and end-user goals and objectives
