Decomposing user stories and driving technical conversations
Work with team to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with architects to advance product features/development
Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs
Lead and drive functional and technical design requirements for development and provide overall platform domain expertise
Lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers, developers, testers and others to develop, execute, and release SalesForce services in alignment with major program/portfolio and/or product roadmaps
Qualifications:
Ability to create technical documentation, requirements, designs, and user story for over business solutions
Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Experience of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, business administration, or related field.
Experience with Salesforce
