.Net Developer SSIS

The resource I need is a senior developer (8-10 Years exp) that meets the criteria listed below.

.Net Developer with SSIS experience

Skills needed for the position:

• Excellent Developer, ability to debug complex code – Skills .Net, C#, SQL, GIT, Oracle, Web Services, XML, Logging.

• Clear communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited oversite to meet timelines.

• Ability to estimate level of effort and time required to deliver tasks assigned.

• Work independently and lead development efforts , work with other team members.

• Basic, high level understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Affordable Care Act Exchange business models.

Resource will be required to:

• Report on the status of deliverable on a daily and ad-hoc bases when requested

• Debug system level challenges like IIS, Windows, Registry, Schedulers

• Understand and review requirements documentation, business workflows, data flow diagrams.

• Work on multiple deliverables / projects in parallel.

• Create technical documentation

• Stay on top to deliver the development work on time and provide support to Testing teams

• Work with offshore resources independently for development activities

Preferred but not required skills:

• Some knowledge of Care Management, Utilization Management, and/or Population Health Management.

• Have understanding of Firewall, DNS , DMZ, Ping federate, SSO implementation
