The Business Analyst, supports consulting and project management engagements, gathers data points for existing and new technologies and supports project teams and the overall technology consulting team. The Business Analyst, is highly proficient in talent acquisition technology and is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing intermediate to complex data, developing strategic actionable steps to improve processes and optimize results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Must have 3+ years of results-oriented experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop recommendations and differentiate between perceived and actual problems
• Must be expert level experience with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
• Must have deep knowledge of the recruitment process lifecycle
• Demonstrated strong proficiency with project work highly desired
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software
