1. US based, preferably US citizenship.

2. ERP Deployments within a Manufacturing Organization (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

3. 3-5 years in Supply Chain experience

4. PM – 5-7 years of experience with preferred PMP/PgMP (min) credential

5. Done 3-5 year running transformation projects/programs of high complexity across multiple industries

6. Superb com skills (Verbal/ Presentation & Written)

7. Bold – executive presence and transcending org mindset

8. Proven ability to lead business and technical/IT teams – cross functional

9. Strong exhibition of getting stuff done and able to work basic project/program techniques

10. Project Schedules (MS Project); Status Reporting; Communications Plans, managing project financials and KPIs, etc.

11. Experience working in a fast pace environment with high levels of ambiguity, change and challenges

12. Able to build and lead high performing delivery teams
