SCCM , ServiceNOW & installation / uninstallation of softwares , powershell/vbscript coding abilities
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of windows desktop platform overall
- Strong experience in building, maintaining, and administering windows desktop softwares
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to “fix” incorrect installation of management tools (SCCM Agents, Security tools) Know how to use SCCM to install new software tools.
- Knowledge of how to remove/cleanup software that has been installed on computers and clean up registries if needed
- Experienced in SCCM administration and patch management
- Strong skill set in scripting, PowerShell etc.
- Hands-on knowledge and expertise in software application packaging and deployment
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications would be a plus
