Oracle EBS R12 Financials Functional (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting Hub, Application Object Library)
 
- Strong Hands on experience in Implementation and Support of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules.
- Sound knowledge of Accounting Receivable, General Ledger, Oracle Financial Accounting Hub / Subledger Accounting model
- Understand Legacy system, Design AR and GL application and migrate that business into Oracle R12. 
- Expertise in interacting with client and business teams, understand the process and get the client requirements.
- Expertise in converting Client requirements into System Requirement and draft Functional Design (MD) & Technical Design (MD)
- Lead the project from Technical & Functional perspective, draft the functional design, technical design, design and develop code, perform setups, and configurations.
- Expertise in working with the Technical team to design and develop solutions.
- Primaried as ‘Single Point of Contact’ for coordinating the discussions between ‘Business teams’, ‘Legacy System’ and Technical Team.
- Expertise in leading the project End-to-End from Functional & Technical Perspective (‘Requirement Gathering’ till ‘Project Rollout’ and ‘Maintenance’).
- Expertise with Design, perform coding and develop solutions; RICE components; debug and fix bugs.
- Expertise with PLSQL programming. Coding skills needed to develop components standalone.
- Good experience / understanding with Unix Shell scripting; 
- Expertise with writing Test Plan, ‘System Integration Test Cases’ and ‘User Acceptance Test Cases’.
- Expertise in working with ‘Business Team’ during UAT, logging the defects, fixing the issues and gap closures.
- Expertise in troubleshooting on Application issues.
- Good understanding of oracle Data Dictionary and Normalization Techniques

Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Create functional specification documents.
Create technical design document.
Work with the Technical team to design and develop RICE solutions that meet the business requirements. 
Develop RICE components standalone as needed. Debug code issues and fix them.
Prepare Unit test documentation and perform Unit testing.
Understand Legacy system, Design AR and GL application functional architecture.
Lead the project from Technical & Functional perspective, draft the functional design, technical design, design and develop code, perform setups, and configurations.
Coordinate the discussions between ‘Business teams’, ‘Legacy System’ and ‘Oracle Technical Team’
Lead the Project End-to-End i.e. from Requirement Gathering’ till ‘Project Rollout’ and ‘Maintenance’. (Functional & Technical Perspective)
Draft Test Plan write test cases for QA and UAT.
Support QA testing and UAT. 
Work with ‘Business Team’ during UAT, log the defects, work with ‘Technical teams’ and external team and drive towards gap closures.
Work with third party teams like infrastructure providers, product vendors.
Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams.
Provide ‘Post deployment Production support’.
Provide Production Support for system critical issues as and when needed.
