- 10+ years’ experience in eCommerce domain as a business analyst.
- Experience on large and complex technology eCommerce projects
- Experience in Shopify and point of sale
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations.
- Ability to communicate, produce documentation, prepare and lead sessions.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview and workshop facilitation.
- Excellent understanding of the retail industry, web, mobile and eCommerce technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Previous experience with collaboration tools and methods.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
Nice to Have Skills
- Business Analyst or related agile certification.
