The Delivery Lead will be part of the Data Management team and will be responsible for ensuring the team has a clear path to successful delivery by utilizing Agile (or hybrid Agile) methodologies to organize, plan, manage tasks, keep the team focused on priority items, managing issues, identifying, and documenting risks, being creative in solving problems, and clearly communicating results.

Must haves:

Experience leading a team using Agile Methodology (or Kanban)

Good communication and collaboration skills – both at the team and executive levels

Experience in juggling multiple projects and demanding timelines

Technical and business experience – understands the partnership between the two and can keep the balance of the project neutral; may require times when they will need to mediate between teams with entrenched positions

Understands when to escalate issues/risks

Experience managing data projects

Immediate tasks:  Establishing team norms, a “project plan”, delivery cadence, etc.
