Certifications- Any two certifications and should be valid – some are below
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/Dev 401
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
· Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
· Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Must Have:
• Active Salesforce Certifications and Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Minimum 8+ experience.
Job Description:
Hands-on experience in customization, development with Salesforce lightning, leveraging Lightning Design System and Aura components.
Strong Apex, JavaScript. HTML, CSS coding skills required, along with experience working in Agile environment.
Experience in LWC code packaging and deployments (ANT package), code conflict and resolution in multi-org environment.
Review Code, provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to the offshore team.
Actively participate in Agile Grooming sessions, Demo Salesforce capabilities and Estimate user stories.
Experience in Salesforce API integration (MuleSoft, REST / SOAP etc).
Valid PD2 certification preferred.
Prepare documentation covering design and code
Minimum 5 years on Salesforce hands on development experience.
Ability to code using Aura and LWC Lightning Components
Strong experience with custom applications
Minimum 3 years of experience with Service and Sales Cloud.
Strong Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Technical Design, Mentor and guide Jr. developers in Design and development, resolve technical issues, tech code reviews and coordination with clients, offshore and near-shore teams, Lead team of Jr developers, Hands-on configuration, coding, deployment using ANT tool.
