•7+ years’ Experience in assessing the performance, scalability, and resiliency of large-scale Web, Native applications, APIs, and backend services.
•Domain expert in performance testing; to include baselining, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and other related performance test strategies and techniques.
•Extensive experience in profiling, tuning, identification of bottlenecks, troubleshooting skills in network, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Global Load Balancers etc.
•Experience in developing test scripts/assertion in Python
•Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
•Hands on knowledge in Java/JEE, with focus in memory management and Garbage Collection algorithms for server-side applications
•Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, designing automation framework, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis and tuning DB/OS
•Understanding of RDBMS concepts
•Familiarity in implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment methodology for performance engineering.
•Familiarity with cloud computing preferably AWS.
•Provide assistance in capacity planning and work in conjunction with SREs, development and architecture teams.
