- Elicit and manage business requirements and develop functional specifications
- Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture
- Create test plans and test cases and execute testing according to plan.
- Test in-house and vendor software releases.
- Evaluate technical alternatives.
