Technical experience: Minimum 3-4 plus year experience in below tech stack. Front end skillset (JS React.js) and or back end skillset (Java Spring Boot) with competencies to grow into a full sta ckengineer API and Microservice development General understanding of DevOps practices General understanding of agile software development concepts Cloud technology experience *Nice to have Exposure to CI CD *Nice to have Experience training on Javaa nd elevating the code quality of others soft skills : Aggressive Self motivated Collaborative, engaged, speaks up and voices opinions Should be good in communication and work with customer team closely Knowledge of the Agile processesis needed and should have basic understanding all the Agile ceremonies Need to have good communication skills since he will be part of customer Pod and need to update the status on daily basis Need to have g ood knowledge on secure coding practices Prior knowledge on working with GIT repository would be helpful Knowledge on the ADA compliance and making sure the pages developed are ADA compliant is preferred Understanding of insurance domainwil l be added advantage Need to be independently working with client and deliver the assigned work independently with good quality
