JOB DETAIL
Manage a portfolio of complex cross functional initiatives that could span one or multiple departments in a hybrid project environment
Responsible for full-life cycle ownership: successful delivery includes full implementation from initiation to deployment of multiple initiatives simultaneously
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Take time to understand and learn the business process, reach out to the experts, ask the right questions, and prioritize and perform necessary follow-up to resolve issues
Adhere to Ariat PMO processes and complete necessary project documentation and gain approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Create and execute comprehensive project plans to include scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Manage project scope and changes
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across all levels of the organization
Oversee UAT activities on your projects. Coordinate with the SMEs, business analyst, QA lead and release manager to ensure proper end to end user testing and approval(s) are met prior to launch
