- 7-8 years of experience in working as a Business Analyst in Travel and Hospitality domain.
- Must have good understanding of Hotel and Air Ticket reservation, vendor management.
- Must have good understanding of itinerary development, Tour management.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Excellent skills of analysing requirements, identifying different scenarios is mandatory.
- Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate the requirements in the user stories.
- Experience in coordination with offshore Development team and Technical Architect is mandatory.
Preferrable to have Salesforce platform knowledge.
