Skills and Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst (BA) for IT Member Communications communicates with members by providing a seamless and effective system for managing the overall content and delivery of member correspondence materials (including letters, invoices, and eNotes) while reducing cost, improving efficiency and enhancing the member experience. Reporting on monthly data, performance, CMMI, audit prep when needed, main point of contact for other escalation and Operations communication. The BA will also cover for Operations leadership in their absence. The Business Analyst will be the communication conduit with the client engagement team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Manage Correspondence Production
Reconciling correspondence between HPS and print vendor(s)
Reconciling & managing vendor invoicing
Monitoring & reporting carrier and vendor SLAs
Managing inventory levels of fulfillment materials
Communicating outliers to Executive Leadership and/or affected dept.
Acting as the IT liaison for correspondence production issues
Managing production schedules
Provide reporting to the carrier, executive leadership and/ or impacted departments
Communication Engine
CASS/NCOA Reporting
Mange Correspondence Content
Managing the creation of new member correspondence and content change requests
Initiating correspondence error correction
Investigating compliance violations
Maintaining a document repository for all carriers and lines of business
Submitting business requirements to IT for new variable data
Performing audits of printed materials at vendor facilities
Drive all member correspondence IMS tickets to resolution
Yearly Member Renewals
New Carrier Onboarding and Decommissioning
Validating XML and Schemas
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum supervision required.

Sets and adheres to timelines.
Ability to make decisions on multiple accounts on behalf of the insurance carrier.
Above average written communication skills – ability to write effectively and extract information from written materials.
Above average verbal communication skills – ability present information orally
Above average numeric skills including ability to reconcile statements and discrepancies.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
Adobe In-Design a Plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
AA Degree-Preferred
2 years analytical experience, preferably in a Healthcare environment
