Primary skills :

                Required Mandatory Technical Skills:

•             Work experience and L2/L3  knowledge in Azure Devops.

•             Work experience and L2 / L3 knowledge in Azure Admin , Infrastructure and Implementations.

•             Experience and Handling  in any deployment tools.

•             Work Experience in Powershell Scripting is must

•             C#.Net- Development skillset

•             Azure Certified AZ104 will be added advantage           

                  

Job description :

 

•             ITIL Change , Problem & Incident Management.

•             Windows Administrator – L1/L2

•             Basic view on Microsoft Analytical tools.

•             MS SQL L2/L3

•             Able to perform DevOps Engineer L1 / L2 role.

•             Able to work on private cloud environment (able to understand escort sessions/ and onboard infra to private cloud)

•             Able to understand customer requirements and start Implementations & write the coding.

•             Able to Debug , Enhance existing scripts & code files.

•             Able to understand the log files and provide unblocking suggestion for operational failures.

•             Providing L2 L3 critical support for the production environment.

•             Willing to work in different shifts & commitment for 18 months.

•             Participate in the team on-call rotations.

•             Resource / Capacity planning for customers

•             Proficiency in diagnosing performance issues across application tiers

•             Train and mentor department and team members.

•             Should be very familiar with ITSM process like INCIDENT, CHANGE, PROBLEM management process

•             Excellent oral/written communication.

•             Complex Problem Determination

•             Root Cause analysis

•             Resource / Capacity planning for customers
