•             The Performance tester is responsible for the overall Performance strategy. This role ensures that performance testing spans across each technical layer to raise the standard of quality, performance and reliability in applications and infrastructure.

•             Responsible for Optimizing the performance of the applications by collecting data and information on the processes to be optimized

•             Understanding and documenting the performance requirements including SLAs, volumetrics, performance monitoring and scalability

•             Analyzing complex performance problems and designing or suggesting effective solutions.

•             Experience working in Neo load, Oracle SaaS and VBCS based applications

•             Work with business teams to identify prioritized list of transactions that has performance issues and deriving work load models

•             Generate projections, comparisons and analysis reports for internal/external consumption

•             Emphasizes methods of integrating testing best practices into the application development lifecycle to reduce friction, identify potential problems early, and improve cross-collaboration.

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, product oriented, distributed team
