Solid foundation and understanding of object oriented programing 
Solid experience in ASP.NET and C#
Solid experience in database T-SQL coding in SQL Server
Solid experience in analysis of existing data structures and data model refactoring based on results of analysis.
Experience in coding data migration/conversion scripts
Experience working with MS TFS.
Experience working with MS Visual Studio in an enterprise environment
Experience building reports and validating data to insure accuracy
Experience translating sometimes vague requirements into functional data and coding models
