Title: Java Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Green bay, WI OR Minneapolis, MN (Remote till Covid)

Skill Set Required: Java/J2ee, Spring Framework, web services (SOAP and Rest), JSP, Oracle/SQL Server, AWS – S3 Buckets, RDS, Bean Stalk, Cloud Formations, DevOps tools, Agile Methodology 

Good to Have: Front End Skills (JAVA, JavaScript, HTML and CSS)

Job Description:

·        Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key Agile ceremonies. 

·        Manage development scope based on sprint timelines

·        Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle

·        Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. 

·        Work closely and collaborate with other scrum team members on the product backlogs prioritized 

·        Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. 

·        Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation and code as applicable 

·        Identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements

·        Adopt development practices that focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste

·        Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer-review within teams

·        JavaScript and React experience
