Job description:
- Total 7+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in providing Oracle Database Administration: installation/configuration, upgrade/patch, security, backup/recovery, capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting
- Must have experience in the following areas: Oracle 12c, 19c, MS SQL Server 2012, 2016
- Strong experience in database tuning, performance, and monitoring practices
- Strong experience in backup and recovery practices.
- Must have excellent working experience with problem solving, trouble shooting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems to support database environments
- Must be able to improve SQL performance results through the use of query execution plans and other optimization tools
- Strong technical knowledge of the features/functionality and utilities of ancillary related technologies
