1.        Work with Business to create an overall Program Charter for all Projects in Global Commercial Operations space
2.        Create the Business value drivers for all Project
3.        Finalize the Scope / Schedule of the Projects and create a deployment roadmap.
4.        Adept in MS Project
5.        Adept in developing Work Breakdown structure
6.        Create the right prioritization of the Projects
7.        Application knowledge - Salesforce, ERP
8.        Business knowledge - Commercial Business Process knowledge is desirable
