UI UX designer

Experience working with established brand guidelines, style guides, and code-based design systems.
Experience working with a code based design system (front-end development experience is a plus) to work closely to implement designs.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams, as well as ability to work independently.
Experience with storyboarding, customer journey mapping or service design.
Experience with interaction design principles and tools (wireframes, personas, mental models, etc.)
Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
Expert at properly leveraging responsive and adaptive designed UI’s effectively.
Possess a solid grasp of web design best-practices, principles, and current web and mobile technologies
Understanding of an agile/scrum development process.
Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
