• Provide Project Management for Employee Skilling Programs for the Learner Success & Support Workstream
o Create Learner Success & Support project plans, ensuring strong collaboration with stakeholders
o Manage and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
o Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality
o Schedule VTeam meetings as required and lead when appropriate, following up within 1 – 2 days with meeting notes
o Drive the development of requirements and mapping out the learner support journey when required
o Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams proactively identifying potential support issues and driving resolution to enable learner success
o In collaboration with project team, define and measure learner success metrics
o Ensure timely and accurate updates to stakeholders
• Requirements
o Proven ability to drive clarity and develop strong working relationships through effective verbal and written communications
o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
o Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions
o Organized, intuitive and strong time management skills
o Prefer alignment to US time zone, preferably Pacific time zone, but open to flexible schedule to accommodate the right person.
