1 Experience in Java Development project

2 Minimum 3 year experience on Micro services Implementations required

3 Experience in Java 8 Play Akka Preferred

4 Hands on with Java multithreading Linux

5 Experience in No SQL is mandatory Preferably Cassandra Couchbase

6 Design of scalable enterprise applications

7 Hands on experience in GIT is mandatory

8 Knowledge in working with DevOps tools Jenkins Docker etc mandatory

9 Should have experience in handling the team at least minimum of 3 4 developers

10 Must have good analysis for troubleshooting problems problem solving skills

11 Must have good communication skills

12 Experience working on onsite offshore model workingw ith distributed teams

13 Will be responsible for technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life cycle including responsibility for requirements capture design development and acceptance testing

14 Would be responsible to understand the HLD and prepare the LLD 15 Should be able to direct the team technically and resolve the technical dependencies if any.
