1. Hands on experience with Java best practices, design pattern, Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Web Service using RESTful
2. Experience in SQL and NoSQL data sources - Oracle, CouchBase, Elastic Search, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis
3. Should have extensive experience working on Java - oracle based applications.
4. Strong experience in micro service architecture based on sprint boot
5. Very Strong troubleshooting and analysis experience - Splunk or other logging tools
6. Familiarity/Experience with AWS and Kubernetes

Nice to have:

1. Bonus points if they have additional programming experience in Node JS, GO, Python scripting
2. Bonus points if they have experience with deployment tools like Ansible, Jenkins
3. Would be great if the candidate has experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana
