Other Requirements–

Prior experience in Production Support experience. (Important)

Well versed with settlement business process and responding to business users (Very Important)

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in high pressure situations., Problem-solving skill, Attention to detail (Important)

Positive attitude, team player with ability to take ownership of a task and work independently towards resolution.

Ability to work in fast-paced production support environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in handling major incidents, sending business comms, proactiveness and accountability.

Good to Have- Familiarity with Java/.NET Based applications.
