JOB DETAIL

Mandatory Skills: ADA Compliance, .net Core, JavaScript libraries, GIT and DevOps

This position is a .Net developer for the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget

(DTMB) and will function as a programmer analyst on the COREY Project for the Department of

Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS). DIFS is replacing their core business system with a system built

upon the AMANDA platform from Granicus (formerly Calytera). This position will be responsible for the

following activities:

• Analyze existing DIFS web applications to determine leveragability

• Assist in the development of a COREY strategy for web applications/portal(s)

• Prepare a design for the COREY web solution based on the approved strategy

• Develop custom web portal, web applications, APIs, and extensions

This position must have advanced skills in the following areas:

• Experience in designing software solutions meeting customer’s business needs

• Experience meeting ADA Compliance and Secure Application Coding Standards

• Highly skilled in .Net technologies including C#, MVC, and Entity Framework

• .Net Core experience is preferred

• Strong experience with JavaScript libraries

• Experience with creating APIs

• Experience with SQL Server databases

• Experience with Git and DevOps

• Oracle database experience is desired, but not required

• Must have soft skills as this position will require direct client interaction
