Overall 10+ years of experience as IT Project Lead/Project Manager with strong agile delivery experience
Experience in Coaching and/or Training
Transforming large, complex programs to Agile
Working with leadership to facilitate cultural transformation
Implementing and continually improving Agile principles and practices, and coaching the internal team on the recommended approach
Experience with, ideally AFSVision implementations or upgrades, or similar core banking systems
One or more Expert-level Agile certification(s) - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) etc., or relevant expert-level experience
