● Perform hands-on systems analysis of scalable technical solutions on various SAP Go-to-Market / CRM based applications focusing on SAP SD with an integration of MM, FICO, MDM, Informatica, Anaplan, Salesforce.
● Gather Requirements for application specific projects by participating in design discussions with solution architects, business analysts, product owners and drive detailed application design in SAP applications by leveraging SAP standard best practices solutions wherever possible.
● Design and Develop functional specification documents, unit test cases and deployment procedures for the solution development life cycle.
● Provide analysis/functional acumen in Major Production Incidents that impact business operations significantly by leading and guiding system experts from Multiple Systems Integrators to restore business continuity and drive root cause resolution. Consult with Lead Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and various IT team members, business customers, and vendors on complex issues.
● Participate in fast track knowledge transfer of complex and integrated solutions with a number of project and AMS team members.
● Assist with business process improvements and resolving application and data issues.
● Develop test requirements, prepare and document test data for the unit and participate in integration and UAT testing.
● Work collaboratively with technical or application personnel across IT globally to accomplish enterprise wide goals.
● Manage small to medium size sprint goals/projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT / Engineering or related discipline with over 7 years of experience implementing SAP solutions in a functional role.
● Hands-on configuration and systems analysis experience in SAP functional areas in one or more SAP modules with a focus on SD process areas. Development and systems Enhancements is a must to have a skill set.
● Experienced in application maintenance and support, incident management, and production issues management with a mindset of seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in solutions.
● Excellent functional knowledge of Sales Organizational Structure and Order Management Cycle.
● Excellent functional understanding of integration between SD, MM and FICO modules.
● Functional experience of SD Pricing, Account Assignment and Revenue Recognition processes.
● Exposure and understanding of Cybersecurity and SAP Security Authorization and Roles Management.
● Excellent soft communication skills, independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience in Solutions Designing and Development in Pricing Configuration using different Condition Types across different pricing Scenario in SD & MM with an integration in FICO and applications related to Tax like Vertex.
● Experience in Output Tax Determination process for SD Pricing Implementation.
● Working knowledge in Deliveries, Shipments and Shipment Cost Documents.
● Understanding of various order types and scenarios like Promotional Sales, Rush Delivery Orders, Returnable processing, Bill of material BOM, Third Party Ordering, Cross Company order processing, Billing Types, Rebate, Contract Agreements, Self Service Returns, SD Billing, SIS reporting and Query with SAP tool like SQVI.
● Excellent understanding of Purchasing Flow which includes PO, GR/IR and designed Stock Transport Orders for Plant Abroad Process across country and Plant Determination.
● Involved in Third Party Ordering Process which includes shipment and transportation.
● Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall and SAP Activate Project Management Methodologies.
● Modern Software / Design Principles in SAP ECC and SAP Cloud Platforms.
● Experienced with various SAP Testing methodologies, and testing automation tools.
● Exposure to create test data in any or all of the application areas in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, VISTEX, Salesforce, Anaplan and FI/CO modules are of great value.
● SAP ECC SD or S4 HANA Sales certification is preferred.
