Lead the functional components of the project: overall 5+ years of BSA experience , with atleast 2 years on Salesforce Lightning
Strong functional knowledge of SFDC Service and / Commerce Cloud is a must (preferably Service cloud and Admin Certified)Groom the high level User Stories to a detailed level that can be built by a developer
Demo Salesforce service / commerce cloud, if required with minor config to Business for OOB functionality
Requirements analysis, Own user story grooming and documentation in JIRA
Build the Process Map and a rough sketch of visualization for both business and IT team to realize what is expected from a user story.
Understand requirements (functional and technical) Participate and coordinate the requirements, business logic with other work stream Provide functional guidance to the development team Collaborate with multiple teams within the project
Experience working in onsite-offshore model
Support Train-the-Trainer exercise
Validate functionality built by developers and Demo the functionality to the stakeholders
