- Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks where possible on Kubernetes Environment
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide strong customer service skills with a focus client satisfaction
- Manage PoDs, Containers and Cluster maintenance to coordinate activities with application teams
- Follow best practices to adhere to enterprise architecture.
- Provide extensive knowledge of a subset the following technologies:
- Grafana/Prometheus
- InfluxDB
- Kafka / Elastic Surge (HayStack)
- Telegraf (collector pushed to InfluxDB)
- Grafana/Metrick Tank (GaaS)
- Grafana/InfluxDB/Prometheus/Telegraf (Flight Recorder)
- Collaborate with Knowledge Management teams to draft operational documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering and Problem Management teams to perform Root Cause Analysis
- Analyze alerts from various monitoring tools and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting
- Provide a high level of problem analysis and resolution skills
- Administer and maintain Hybrid Cloud solutions in production
