Job Description: 
Data Analyst role supporting the Service Desk team
3+ years of experience -level equivalent role
Intermediate level data analysis and analytics experience
Proficient with mining data, running reports, and building dashboards
Skilled at identifying trends and anomalies
Proficient w/ ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel and any other analytic tools
3+ years of experience

Nice to have:
Familiarity with Genesys Cloud reporting
ITIL Framework Knowledge
