Agile coach/Program management

Project Manager with DB/Informatica migration

·        Overall, around 10+years of experience

·        Hands on day-to-day Program/Project Management and ability to make progress in highly ambiguous problem space are must.

·        Gathering Requirements and participate in discussions with business and IT Stake holders

·        Drive the offshore project team and involve in calls with offshore team, Experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Strong Data Analytical capabilities.

·        Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures functions views and triggers to be used during the ETL process.

·        Design and develop ETL solutions using data integration tools for interfacing between source application and the Data Marts.

·        Assist with alignment of project priorities, and coordinate schedules.

·        Help the extended team(s) be effective by providing insights, plans, and process to execute highly cross-functional projects at scale.

·        Must have experience in the key 3 to 4 data management domains, e.g. master data management, reference data, data warehousing, BI & Analytics, ETL and API development, metadata management, data security, reporting & analytics, data quality & analysis, etc.

·        Project tracking and scheduling using appropriate tools

·        Ability to identify risks and suggest mitigation plan

·        Regular status reporting to stake holders as well as internal teams

·        Communicate with offshore teams and counterparts to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
