- Manages functional teams, technical teams, budgets, vendor/client relationships, and work plans for development projects, implementations, network functions, or support services. Identifies and manages risk. Reports status to executives.
- This position ensures the successful delivery of business-critical functions pertaining to resourcing, managing, monitoring, communicating, and escalating as appropriate in support of the aforementioned areas. This position is also responsible for collaborating with the account leadership and the client to ensure that PMO services align with the Agency's strategic plans, have business sponsorship, and have measurable benefits.

Required Skills:
- 16+ yrs. in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment
- BS degree or additional 4 years experience
- 16+ yrs. managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle
- 12+ yrs experience leading and managing teams building web based application in an enterprise environment
- 12+ yrs experience in documenting business process, requirements, and test scripts.
- 12+ yrs of client relationship management experience
- experience developing RFIs and/or RFPs for major critical systems.
- experience in business process mapping.
- experience creating process flows and system architecture diagrams
- experience with Systems Integration
- experience working with data warehouses and/or operational data stores
