Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing systems solutions to business objectives

Interacts directly with stakeholders to gather business needs, input and output requirements and evaluate QA processes and procedures

Interprets and understand business requirements in order to determine solutions to meet user needs

Creates business workflows, process maps and summaries to document business processes, procedures and possible system and non-system solutions

Writes detailed technical systems specifications for use by computer programmers to modify, enhance or fix the systems.

 

Work with development team in new feature design, problem analysis, reproduction, and resolution of issues.

 

Validates results by quality assurance testing and the coordination of user-acceptance testing, including Manual Testing, Black Box Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, User Acceptance, Functional and Performance testing.

Design and implement testing plans for products (i.e. Compass screens, reports and processes).

Develop test cases, perform test case reviews, and hands-on testing using SQL

Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of product.

Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors

Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team

Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress

Ensure that the final product satisfies the business requirements and meet end-user expectations

Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency

Performs analyses for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms

Provides QA guidance, training and problem-solving assistance to other team members

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Strong Requirement Documentation experience

Experience with interviewing stakeholders

5+ years of work experience in business systems analysis

Experience supporting full Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles (including understanding business processes, gathering user requirements, design, testing, deployment and training)

Advanced analytical capability

Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Must have ability to communicate, motivate and organize projects throughout the company

Strong Experience with MS Visio

Must have experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud
