Ensure our event presence is consistent and inline with our corporate strategy
Working on multiple, simultaneous event workstreams that require both strategic thinking and creativity as well as high-speed tactical execution
Manage and prioritize initiatives and budgets with outside vendors Ensure best practices documentation is created and adhered to for global reuse
Analyze event operations including tracking budget, establishing success metrics and prepare and implement recommendations for improving operational efficiencies within the events
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse sets of stakeholders
Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized, detailed focused, results-driven, and accountable
Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors and budgets
