Project description:
The client will be onboarding a new customer starting beginning of the year. They are putting together a team dedicated to this customer to implement there software applications/platform. This person will be helping with the development and integration. Mostly backend coding with .Netcore and some of the integrations they will assisting with are the CRM, chat interface, event logging, and salesforce. You will work closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and a few developers to hit these deliverables. A few examples of this are:
· Working with “start of day files” and working on performance and scalability of bulk data loading
· Coding heavily on the trading applications from the digital advice perspective
· Enhancements for the self-directed trading side of the platform
· Enhancements to the billing and fee management part of the platform
Technology environment the consultant will be working in:
· AWS Environment
· Back End- .Net Core/C#
· Front End-Angular
· Database-SQL Server
· DevOps-Azure
Consultants’ day to day responsibilities:
· The Engineering team is tasked with building out, maintaining, customizing, and enhancing a suite of software applications focused on financial trading and asset management. You will be asked with:
· Connecting daily with the Project Manager to identify requirements and develop implementation strategy
· Working closely with Solution Architect & Developers on design, build, deployment, and maintenance of highly resilient and critical applications
· Write & review code continuously and ensure technical implementations meet functional requirements
· Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
Required skills:
· Prior experience as an MS .Net engineer doing full-stack software development to create end-to-end solutions for a software application. Must be okay with a startup environment.
· Experience developing with design patterns like dependency injection, pub/sub, builder, etc.
· Experience building scalable applications in AWS Or Azure. (They are moving to containerization, and they have a lot of Lambda functions that need to be converted into something that is easier to use)
