JOB DETAIL

 

Design clear, vivid, and cohesive presentation templates for multiple ITD events, senior leadership meetings, and ITD community-wide distributions.  
Transform priority initiatives, division goals, training objectives, qualitative insights, quantitative data and more into visually appealing and impactful presentations.
Develop design elements including infographics, iconography, charts/graphs, data visualization and customized digital imagery, as well as print layouts and print projects if applicable.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts; vets work and obtains approval of concept(s) by submitting rough layouts.
Responsible for maintaining upgraded versions of graphics software and managing graphics files in Google Drive; maintains online image subscription.
Participates in meeting the digital graphics needs of a Google Sites portal for ITD employees.
Accept and complete design tasks with varying degrees of context and detail from stakeholders.
Maintains technical knowledge through online design workshops, reviewing professional publications and researching best practices and business communication design trends. Self-trains to new graphics software features/capabilities.
Work closely with the ITD Senior Leadership Team, Executive Engagement Manager and Creative Designer and others on presentation needs and data transformation requests, while taking day-to-day direction from the Events and Talent Development Manager.
Operate independently from your home office, collaborating regularly via virtual meetings, chat, email and telephone, when not on-site for in-person training, events, or special engagements.
