Responsibilities
•    Coordinate with Data Science leaders and cross-functional project team members. Interact with internal business groups, and digital colleagues to plan projects, assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep everyone informed.
•    Develop and manage Digital and AI project schedules and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
•    Work with decision-makers to determine and define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
•    Assist with project road map and determine the critical path.
•    Identify and manage blockers, risks, and interdependencies across Agile teams and business groups.
•    Effectively balance software delivery components of projects with other work being performed by Agile teams.
•    Maintain current knowledge and awareness of the project management landscape and effective practices.
•    Use applicable best practices throughout each project's execution, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
•    Assist with creation, implementation, and management of project management policies, standards, and procedures.
•    Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of business and operational leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
•    Creatively and collaboratively work with stakeholders to resolve problems and implement solutions.

Requirements
•    Experience shipping product, in a variety of roles from developer to leader, manager or coach
•    5 years of hands-on experience with scrum, kanban and other agile practices
•    Strong presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
•    Capable of multitasking and transforming multiple teams at once
•    Experience coaching individuals and teams across all levels within the company
•    Able to influence peers / managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Knowledge of development and project management methodologies, best practices, and tools (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.).
•    Experience creating procedures, standards, and guidelines.
•    Experience in scoping and managing technical services for Sanofi e.g. AWS
•    2+ years actively involved in an Agile/Scrum environment. Comfortable utilizing Jira, Confluence, 
•    Bachelor's in Computer Science/MIS, Business, or related field preferred.
•    One or more Certifications in technical systems, agile PM, etc..

Additional Qualifications
•    Certified Scrum Coach or Kanban Coaching Professional
•    Have had exposure to highly-available, scalable software and services
•    You have done experimentation and data driven decisions in an agile environment
•    Strong background of shipping projects with broad customer impact
•    Tried ability to identify and resolve systemic issues
•    Passionate about efficient, scalable business processes. Prioritizes and multi-tasks across many projects.
•    Self-motivated, intellectually curious, collaborative, amiable, attention to detail, and acts with integrity.
•    Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while building effective relationships.
