We’re a Wintel shop so Microsoft based programming is preferred. (Any cloud is fine though)

Ability to Wireframe the GUI

Worked in building observability tools such Splunk, PowerBI, Grafana

Good to have

Good documentation

Participate or maybe lead Dev/DevOps best practice discussions

Ability to arch and design based on business requirements

Proactive rather than reactive approach
