Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional UX design.
Comfortable bringing design thinking methodologies to bear on complex UX challenges.
Experience leading and participating in UX Research activities (conducting user interviews, journey mapping, Survey creation and analysis, card sorting, user testing, creating personas).
Ability to leverage sources of qualitative and quantitative analytics and synthesize into design work.
Experience developing User Flows.
Experience with Information Architecture and navigation systems / taxonomy
Strong demonstrable experience with wire framing and prototyping.
Ability to deliver final designs including production assets such as images and icons.
Solid knowledge of web accessibility and how to implement within a UX design context.
Experience using Figma in a professional context to deliver design work.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience contributing to design systems and pattern libraries
Strong attention to detail.
